Fabian Di Felice, Partner
Expertise: IT, leadership development and Coaching
Region: Argentina and UK
“Knowing ‘what’ you want to achieve is equally important as ‘how’ to do it. Self-sustainability is something I increasingly value. I learnt that, even more rewarding than change itself, is to witness the consequences of its transformation… through time. I feel an immense sense of fulfilment when I help an individual or organisation identify the intersection between their core passion and their unique abilities. This is when real sustainable change comes to life”
Fabian Di Felice has more than 20 years of experience working in large multicultural and multinational Companies, including BAT, Unilever and Transport for London. During this period he lived and worked in 6 countries located in 4 different continents: Argentina, Brazil, Hungary, South Africa, Hong Kong and the UK.
As a corporate executive, Fabian was deeply involved in major change initiatives around the world, including: external stakeholder management, significant changes in the supply chain model, multi-market SAP implementation and complex multi-regional organizational, cross-functional restructuring. He has also served on several Boards and top teams.
He has coached senior executives of big multinational companies in 3 different languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese). Fabian’s coaching blends the multicultural awareness gained through his international career with his direct management experience in leading complex teams and organisations. He also supports leadership teams to increase their self-awareness, to untap their power to optimise their functioning, and to explore a new way of practicing their leadership. He recently successfully started to apply coaching to help high-profile politicians to develop and execute their agenda with power, balance and effectiveness.
Fabian is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from the Buenos Aires University in Argentina, with postgraduate studies in Industrial Administration at the São Paulo University in Brazil. He is also a certified Integral Coach® by New Ventures West in San Francisco. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves on the New Ventures West PCC faculty.
He is married and has two sons. He is a devoted tennis player and, as an Aikido practitioner, he became curious to explore the relationship between somatic and human behavior. He is also currently studying to become Fitness Personal Trainer, a previously postponed passion.
